The impact of Lift2Enrich’s work transforms each person, as they see through their own unique writing who they really are and who they can be. Youth take ownership and pride in what they produce and what they can become as strong writers. The program design is structured to deliver high amounts of praise, guidance, reassurance, active listening, and encouragement. Increased opportunities for youth leadership, team building, planning, and problem-solving are woven into the fabric of the program design so that each young person can improve their skills in all these areas.
