We are so happy to celebrate three years of elevating the creative writing skills in our youth. Lift2Enrich was established to share our love of writing with the next generation and build confidence in kids. Having a highly skilled, compassionate board, eager volunteers, and a supportive community is why this organization still exists.
At times, moving the business forward is frustrating, and we are often faced with those decision-makers who are unaware of the impact of this organization. However, things are changing. In meeting with a principal from the City of Marietta, her opinion was that after spending thousands of dollars on private tutoring for her students, they still showed very little progress. She realized that if students aren’t engaged in the process, there are few to no results.
Lift2Enrich, Inc. is the only writing program in the state of Georgia that utilizes project-based learning starting at the elementary grade level. We engage students by teaching them how to become published authors, scriptwriters, advertising agents, entrepreneurs, and movie critics. Using this methodology, students gain valuable experience early in life by building critical writing skills for secondary education and beyond.
Our board consists of published authors, instructors, corporate executives, communication and financial professionals at the top of their industry. They are generous, dedicated individuals who have a heart for children and literacy. It is because of our board and our community that we continue to make an impact.
Thank you for a fantastic three years. We look forward to expanding our program to even more kids in our underserved communities.
